摘要
文章在充分考量战略网络需求以及网络获取资源3种可能途径的情况下,以兼容性、能力、可信赖度和合作意愿四个关键维度为基础,提出战略网络节点选择的评价模型,并针对如何确定评价指标的权重提出解决方法。
Considering the demand of strategic network and three methods to get resources of the network, this paper, based on four key factors which is compatibility, capability, dependability and cooperation willingness, raises an appraisement model of node selection for strategic network and a method for determining the weights of the evaluation index.
