摘要
文章整合价值链理论、企业竞争优势理论和国家竞争优势理论等,构建了一个基于国家竞争优势的跨国公司竞争优势分析框架,用于解释跨国公司利用各国竞争优势来实现企业竞争优势的路径以及对我国企业的启示。
This paper forms an analysis framework for MNC competitive advantages based on national competitive advantages by integrating value chain theory, competitive advantage theory and theory of competitive advantage of nations, to explain the path for MNCs to acquire competitive advantages by exploiting competitive advantages of different nations, and the advice to Chinese enterprises.
