Research on the evaluation of the partners of supply chain and the problem of the opt portfolio based on GEM-AHP

供应商合作伙伴评价和选择的方法有多种,但都有一定的局限性。为了克服诸方法的局限性,提高供应链的竞争力并降低其风险,构建了GEM-AHP模型。该模型不仅可以对供应链合作伙伴的选择进行评估,而且还可以对多个供应链合作伙伴进行优先选择排序或者确定每个合作伙伴分担的份额,从而为供应链合作伙伴的选择和企业战略的制定提供一种新方法和参考,最终对供应链以及企业集群的建设和形成提供一种量化手段。

There are varieties of methods of the supplier partner evaluation and option,but all these methods have a certain limitation.In order to overcome the limitations of these methodsr,aise the competition ability of supply chain,and reduce the risk,this paper constructs the GEM-AHP model.This model can not only evaluate the option of supply chain partner,but also make priority of selective sequence for various supply chain partner or make sure the share of every partner.Therefore,this model can supply a new method and reference for the option of the supply chain partner and the selection of enterprise strategy.Finally,this model can supply a quantified method to the supply chain and the construction and formation of enterprise cluster.
