摘要
目前,员工绩效考核日益受到事业单位的重视。360度绩效考核因其鲜明的优点而比较适用于事业单位员工绩效考核。由于事业单位员工绩效考核指标大多是定性的,这造成了事业单位无法客观考核员工绩效,从而导致不公平现象发生。以360度绩效考核方法为例,把层次分析法和综合模糊评判法运用到事业单位员工绩效考核中,较好地解决了考核结果失真的问题。
At present,more and more institutions pay more attention to personnel performance evaluation.Full-circle appraisal is suitable for personnel performance evaluation in institutions because of its strong points.Because performance assessment indicators are mainly qualitative,institutions fail to assess staff objectively,causing unfair.Taking full-circle appraisal for example,this thesis applies analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to personnel performance appraisal in institutions,which is helpful to improve the effect of performance evaluation in institutions.
