Calculating and loading heat flow of double mobile heat sources

摘要 通过分析双丝埋弧焊焊接过程和热源加热特点,建立了双丝焊接的几何模型和有限元模型.采用移动双椭球热源模型为双丝焊的焊接热过程的热源模型,阐述了一种新型双丝焊热场算法的设计思路和过程.利用有限元软件ANSYS二次开发工具即APDL语言改进和编写了移动双椭球热源的计算和加载程序.使用高效的数组存储、矢量操作命令进行热流值的分开计算和加载,提高了焊接模拟计算的效率,减小了数值模拟的计算量,实现了16 mm厚的钢板的双丝埋弧焊焊接过程的计算机仿真.通过实验验证了此算法的正确性和高效性,对实现大型焊接件焊接过程的数值计算具有一定的参考价值. The characteristics of double-wire submerged arc welding process and the heat source heating were analyzed and the geometric models and finite element model was established. The mobile du- al-ellipsoid heat source model was chosen as a heat source model to simulate -wire welding process. A new algorithm for dual-wire welding thermal field was designed. APDL language was used to program mobile heat load calculation procedures, efficient operation of the array was used to improve the efficiency of simulation, this algorithm is the correct and efficient by experimental verification . This has a certain reference value to the realization the numerical calculation of the welding process of large structures parts.
