摘要
直接干式冷却(直冷)系统轴流风机的优化选型和设计,是空气供给系统设计的关键技术。轴流风机的风压主要取决于空气流经空气凝汽器时各部分的阻力。分析了空气流经空气凝汽器单排管(束)各部分时产生阻力的原因,确定了单排管束各部分的阻力系数和静压变化规律,为进一步确定空气流经空气凝汽器倾斜"A"型管束时的各部分阻力奠定了基础,可作为直冷系统优化设计的依据。
The optimization of type - selection and design for axial - flow air fans in the direct air - cooled system is the key technology in air - supply system design. The air pressure of axial - flow air fan is mainly determined by air flow passing through the direct air - cooled condenser (DACC). The causes resulting in resistance while the air flow passing through every part of the single row tube - bundle have been analysed, the variation regularity of resistance coefficient and static pressure in every part of the single row tube - bundle being determined,laying foundation for further determining the resistance in every part while air flow passing through the tilted "A" type DACC,providing basis for optimization design of the DACC.
