摘要
采用热重分析法对CO2气氛下不同煤种、不同升温速率、不同灰煤比对煤的热解气化动力学特性的影响进行了研究。结果表明,随着升温速率的增加,反应速率下降,反应的活化能增加;在相同的升温速率下,随着灰煤比的增加,灰中的金属氧化物起了催化作用,使反应速率增加,反应的活化能减小,在高温阶段尤为明显;随着煤变质程度的增加,反应速率降低。
By using the thermogravimetric analysis method, the influence of different coal sorts,chllerent temperaturerising rates,and different ash/coal ratios upon kinetics of coal pyrolysis and gasification in CO2 atmosphere has been studied. Results show that the reaction rate decreases and the activeation energy increases along with the temperature - rising rate increases the metal oxide in ash acts as catalyst along with the ash/coal ratio increases under condition of same temperaturerising rate,making the reaction rate to increase,and being remarkable especially in hightemperature range, at the same time,the activation energy in reaction decreases;and the reaction rate decreases along with the metamorphic degree of coal increases.
