摘要
珠海发电厂2号汽轮发电机组振动较为复杂,对机组轴系、轴瓦、发电机静子、厂房6.3m层楼板等处的振动进行了全面的测试,对测试结果发现的机组振动问题及其原因进行了全面分析和推理诊断,查明故障原因有发电机转子静子与台板连接水平方向刚度不足、厂房6.3m层楼板局部共振等。对此,提出了简单、可行的消振对策。
The vibration trouble occurred on turbo- generator set no. 2 in Zhuhai Power Plant is comparatively complex. The vibration on shaft system of the unit,on bearing shoe,on stator of the generator,and on floor of 6.3 m elevation in the main building has been tested in an all -round way, the cau- ses leading to vibration of unit being comprehensively analysed and inferentially diagnosed. It has found that the causes are:insufficient stiffness in direction of joint level between the stator of generator and the bed -plate,as well as partial resonance with the floor of 6. 3m elevation. For this, simple and feasible measures for elimination the vibration have been put forward.
