超滤膜重度污染原因分析与离线化学清洗 被引量:6

摘要 对某电厂锅炉补给水处理系统超滤膜的污染原因进行分析。利用常规分析方法与ICP光谱分析技术对污染物进行分析,确定污染物质为有机物、硅、铁等。由于有机物质与无机物质相互作用,清洗难度增加。采用离线清洗方式对单根膜元件进行化学清洗试验,效果良好。化学清洗后,单支膜元件的产水量由2~3m3/h增加至8~9m3/h;浓水侧压力提高到0.08MPa左右,单套装置出水量达到45~55m3/h,进出水压差0.02MPa左右,出水浊度为零,基本达到新膜状态。 Cause analysis of fouling on ultrafiltration membrane in make up water treatment system of one power plant has been carried out. By using the conventional method and ICP spectroscopy technology,the composition of fouling has been analysed,the result shows the fouling is constituted from organic matters,silicon,and iron etc.. Owing to the interaction between organic and inorganic matters, the difficulty of chemical cleaning is increased. A chemical cleaning test for a single membrane element has been carried out by using the method of offline chemical cleaning, having good effectiveness. After chemical cleaning, the flow rate of water produced by a single membrane element has increased from 2-3 m^3/h to 8-9 m^3/h,the pressure on densewater side being enhanced to about 0.08 MPa, the flow rate of effluent water from equipment of a complete set reaches 45-55 m^3/h,the pressure difference of water between inlet and outlet is about 0.02 MPa,the turbidity of effluent water is zero, reaching basiscally to a state of new membrane
