无缝内衣机上生产裸氨纶产品的方法

介绍了在无缝内衣机上生产裸氨纶产品的方法,生产时应选用ELAN-2送纱器作为裸氨纶积极送纱器,且只能用于编织平针织物或小结构变化的产品上;垫纱时应将1号纱嘴尽量调高,以不跑纱为限,6号纱嘴尽量调低,并使其伸入到针钩里,以不会垫到针舌下方为宜;还应适当调整纱线张力以减少翻丝现象。

This paper introduces the knitting methods of bare polyurethane yarn on the seamless underwear knitting machine. ELAN-2 yarn carrier should be selected as the positive feeder of the bare polyurethane yarn,and it is only suitable to knit plain fabric or fabrics with small structural changes. The No.1 feeding nozzle should be adjusted as higher as possible only before missing,and the No.6 feeding nozzle should be adjusted as lower as possible till extending into the needle hook but not under the latch. In addition,the yarn tension should be also adjusted appropriately in order to reduce reverse yarn feeding.
