摘要
目的探讨低分子肝素治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法选择106例诊断明确的急性脑梗死患者106例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各53例,基础治疗两组无差异性。结果治疗组总有效率为86.79%,明显优于对照组的69.81%(P<0.05)。治疗组继发颅内出血1例,血小板减少3例,未发现低醛固酮血症伴高钾血症、皮肤坏死、过敏反应等。结论低分子肝素治疗急性脑梗死安全、可靠,可降低致残率,促进神经功能恢复,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the low molecular weight heparin for acute cerebral infarction and security.Methods 106 cases of clear-cut diagnosis of 106 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,all 53 cases,the basis for the treatment of the two groups no difference.Results The total effective rate 86.79%,significantly better than the control group 69.81%（P0.05）.Treatment group 1 cases of secondary intracranial hemorrhage,3 cases of thrombocytopenia was not found because of the low-formaldehyde ketonemia with hyperkalemia,skin necrosis,allergic reactions,such as.Conclusion Low-molecular-weight heparin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is safe,reliable,can reduce disability and promote the recovery of neurological function and improve quality of life.
