摘要
目的了解儿童体格发育与营养状况和血糖、血脂、维生素D水平。方法对同煤集团永定庄矿214名8-12岁儿童进行一般健康状况、生长发育情况问卷调查,体格测量,血糖、血脂、维生素D水平检测。比较各年龄和性别组以上指标的差异及营养状况和维生素D的分布情况。结果与世界卫生组织0-18岁儿童身高、体质量参考值比较发现,各年龄段体质量略低于标准值,身高与标准值基本相符。体质量在10岁组女童高于男童,其余组男童高于女童;身高在9岁和10岁两组女童高于男童,11岁和12岁组男童高于女童。8、9、10岁比较体质量相差约2kg,身高相差约4cm;10、11、12岁组比较体质量相差约6-8kg,身高相差约6-8cm。营养状况分布不均衡,正常儿童占50.8%,消瘦者占25.9%,超重者占10.6%,肥胖者占12.6%。经二项分布检验,本地区肥胖的发生率高于全国水平的3%-4%,与1999年上海市4所小学儿童体检肥胖检出率12.7%无差异。消瘦的发生率较与1999年上海市31所小学消瘦检出率20.7%升高,差异有统计学意义。25-OHD检测发现,本地区维生素D缺乏儿童所占百分率很大,缺乏者占28.8%;相对缺乏占30%;合适水平占41.2%;无维生素D中毒者;高于参考范围125 nmol/L的占10%。结论本地区儿童生长发育情况基本正常。营养状况分布不均衡,25-OHD检测发现,本地区维生素D缺乏儿童所占百分率很大。说明年龄是决定性因素,随着年龄增长,各指标都发生相应变化。性别不同血糖不同,血脂及25-OHD无差异。
Objective Understanding of children′s physical growth conditions,nutritional status and blood glucose,blood lipids,blood levels of vitamin D.Methods Yongdingzhuang Coal Mine with 214 children aged 8 to 12 general health status,growth and development of a questionnaire survey;physical measurement;blood glucose,blood lipids,blood levels of vitamin D testing.Comparison of each index and the age and gender differences in nutritional status and vitamin D distribution.Results With the World Health Organization for children aged 0 to 18 height,weight reference values comparison,all ages slightly lower than the standard values of weight,height basically consistent with the standard value.Body weight of 10-year-old group of girls is higher than boys,the other group of boys than girls;height at 9 and 10-year-old girl more than boys,11-year-old and 12-year-old group of boys than girls.This is compared with boys and girls of puberty as early as 1-2 years of relevant.8,9,10-year-old comparative weight difference of about 2kg,height difference of about 4cm;10,11,12-year-old group body weight difference of about 6-8kg,height difference of about 6-8cm.The nutritional status of the uneven distribution of normal children,accounting for 50.8%,weight loss accounted for 25.9%,accounted for 10.6% of overweight and obesity accounted for 12.6%.By the binomial test,the incidence of obesity in this region is higher than 3%-4% of the national average,with 1999 primary school children in Shanghai obesity no difference in detection rate of 12.7%.The incidence of weight loss compared by the binomial distribution with 31 primary schools in Shanghai in 1999 the detection rate of 20.7% weight loss there are differences,compared to slightly higher.25-OHD detected in this region,a lack of vitamin D a great percentage of children,the lack of accounted for 28.8%;the relative lack of accounting for 30%;the appropriate level of 41.2%;no vitamin D poisoning;above the normal range of 125 nmol/L accounted for 10%.Conclusion The growth and development of children in the region are basically normal.The nutritional status of the uneven distribution of only normal,weight loss accounted for,obesity accounted for.3.25-OHD detected in this region,a lack of vitamin D a great percentage of children.Description of age is the determining factor,with age,corresponding changes have taken place in each index.The gender difference in different blood glucose,blood lipid and 25-OHD no difference.
