摘要
目的了解深圳市福田区老年人牙周保健知识认知情况。方法对深圳福田区60岁以上患口腔疾病在福田区慢性病防治院口腔门诊就诊的老年患者426名进行问卷调查。结果其中,近1年内有80%以上的人发生刷牙出血、83%以上牙垢多、56%牙龈肿痛、80%牙根暴露及食物嵌塞症状,而就诊率及牙周保健知识认知率较低。结论老年人牙周健康状况不容乐观,应加以重视,加强牙周病的预防,做好牙周疾病的健康教育是提高口腔保健工作的重要措施。
Objective Futian District,Shenzhen,periodontal health knowledge and cognition of the elderly.Methods Over 60 years old,Futian District,Shenzhen,suffering from oral disease in the oral cavity,Futian District Hospital for Chronic Diseases,426 elderly outpatients conducted a questionnaire survey.Results Among 426 elderly doctor almost 1 year more than 80% of people brush their teeth bleeding occurred,83% of tartar and more,56% gum swelling and pain,80% of exposed roots and symptoms of food impaction,and attendance rates and periodontal health knowledge awareness was low.Conclusion Periodontal health status is poor elderly,attention should be paid to strengthen the prevention of periodontal disease,periodontal disease,good health education is to improve the oral health of the important measures.
