超声探查颈动脉粥样硬化对心脑血管病的预防的意义 被引量:10

摘要 由于动脉硬化是一个长期隐匿过程,故应尽早发现并采取预防和治疗措施。有研究提示,颈动脉粥样硬化作为全身动脉硬化的局部表现,与冠状动脉及脑动脉等血管粥样硬化有着相似的病理基础[1]。彩色多普勒超声显像能清晰显示颈动脉壁断面的各层结构,从而提示是否发生动脉硬化。
