摘要
目的研究阵发性室上性心动过速急诊治疗方案。方法将我科100例上述患者按症状、体征不同分为4个治疗组:ATP组、异搏定组、心律平组和西地兰组。研究各组复律例数。结果 100例患者中有91例复律,ATP组1例出现轻微不良反应。结论不同患者应根据年龄、体征、用药来选取合适的急诊方案。
Objective Study emergency treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.Methods Divide 100 patients as symptom,sign into 4 groups treating with ATP,Verapamil,propafenone,Digilanid.Study the cardioversion.Results There were 91 patients cardioversion,1 occurred light side effect with ATP.Conclusion We should choose the proper precept with age,sign,drug in emergency treatment.
