摘要
本文以XX公司实施ERP为例,从预投范围确定、预投策略选择、生产预投操作流程及运行过程中预投模式的修正等几个方面,介绍了在SAP的R/3系统中如何实现预投管理。
Taking the implementation of ERP system in xx for example, the author sets forth how to achieve the pre-order management in the SAP R/3 system in this paper from the following four aspects： decision of pre-order scope, selection of pre-order strategy,pre-order operational process in production and amendment of pre-order model during the operation.
