摘要 椎间盘退变是一种慢性疾病,是引起腰腿痛的重要病因,主要是由于椎间盘中各种细胞因子、生长因子等合成代谢和分解代谢失衡引起椎间盘组织内环境的不稳定,最终导致退变,基因治疗是将目的基因导入靶细胞内,成为宿主细胞遗传物质的一部分,目的基因表达产物对疾病起治疗作用,有效目的基因与载体的选择为基因治疗椎间盘退变提供了可能。 The intervertebral disc degeneration is a chronic disease and the main cause of low back pain.The degeneration is mainly due to in the unstable internal environment of intervertebral discs from the imbalance between synthesis and catabolism of cytokines and growth factors.In gene therapy,the target gene is transfected into the target cells as part of the hereditary substance in host cells.The products of target gene is therapeutically effective.The effective selection of target gene and vector makes the gene therapy of intervertebral disc degeneration promising.
