摘要 CD1a是朗格汉斯细胞最重要的细胞表面标志物,它的数目减少可以导致局部免疫缺陷;上皮型钙黏蛋白是一种钙离子依赖的细胞间黏附分子,参与细胞之间的黏附、浸润和转移。通过探讨它们在宫颈癌前病变发生、发展过程中的作用,从而为宫颈癌的早期诊断提供新的理论依据。 CD1a is the most important Langerhans cell surface marker.The decrease in LC cell number can induce the local immune deficiency.Epithelial-cadherin is a calcium-dependent cell adhesion molecule involved in adhesion,invasion and metastasis.The exploration of its role in cervical lesions will provide a new theoretical foundation for the early diagnosis of cervical cancer.
