磁共振弥散张量成像在胶质瘤诊治中的应用研究进展

摘要 磁共振弥散张量成像是目前惟一可以在活体映射白质纤维束走行的无创的影像学检查方法,当白质纤维束受到胶质瘤不同程度的累及时,磁共振弥散张量成像能定性、定量地将之反映出来,从而指导术者术前准确评估胶质瘤的分级分期,并选择合适的手术方式,尽可能达到既最大程度地切除肿瘤,又合理地保护患者的神经功能。 Only magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging(MR-DTI)is the noninvasive in vivo method for mapping white matter fiber tract trajectories in the human brain.It can present the information qualitatively and quantitatively that white matter fiber tract is involved,guiding neurosurgeons to evaluate the stages of glioma exactly and choose the suitable modus operandi in order to resect glioma totally with the reasonable protection of neurological function.
