促进地方农业院校与区域经济协调发展的对策研究

Countermeasures for promoting the development of regional agricultural universities and economy

教育和经济应是互为支撑协调发展的关系。现在地方高等农业院校与区域经济发展还存在一些不协调的因素:人才的培养和流向与农村经济发展需要不相吻合,科技的创新和转化跟不上农村经济发展的需要,政府的支持与协调还不到位。主要对策有:高校要及时调整人才培养方案和研究方向,积极探索新型合作道路,政府为教育与经济的接轨搭建平台。

Education and economy are interelated and complementary. However, certain agricultural universities and regional economy fail to grow harmoniously. Technology lags behind the pace of development of rural economy. Governmental support fails to function properly. Hence, countermeasures are proposed in the paper.
