摘要
由于活动领域的特殊性等原因,高校教师面临着极大的压力,产生了一系列的心理焦虑。而源于二战时期的拓展培训以其独特的培训目标及内容成为高校教师发展的一条有效途径。
University teachers are faced with exceptional stress and anxiety because of their unusual circumstances. It is argued, therefore, that the popular extending trainings during World War II are effective in the relief.
