摘要
和谐劳资关系是和谐社会的基础。从性别差异问题入手,分析说明性别视阈下的劳资和谐与社会和谐的相关问题,探讨了在和谐劳资关系的构建中,只有正视女性地位,才能实现真正的劳资和谐,从而达到社会的和谐。
Harmonious labor management relations are the basis for a harmonious society.This paper,starting from the gender differences,analyzes the gender dimension in the view of harmonious labor management relations and issues related to social harmony.Only the female's status being positively confronted can the real labor-management harmony be realized and further the social harmony can be achieved.
