盐胁迫对大果沙枣和尖果沙枣幼苗生长的影响 被引量:10

摘要 用0%、0.4%、0.8%、1.2%4种盐溶液浓度处理大果沙枣和尖果沙枣幼苗,盐胁迫7、14、21、35天后分别测定4种处理条件下大果沙枣幼苗和尖果沙枣幼苗生物量、叶面积及肉质化指标随时间变化的数值。结果表明:0.8%盐浓度范围内两种沙枣幼苗4个生物量指标数值(地上部分干质量、地上部分鲜质量、地下部分干质量、地下部分鲜质量)随着时间的延长都呈上升趋势,而1.2%盐浓度胁迫下的两种幼苗这4指标值随着时间的延续呈下降趋势;两个品种幼苗的叶面积随着时间的延长都呈抛物线式增长;叶片肉质化程度在0.8%盐浓度范围内呈增加趋势;在相同盐浓度和相同盐胁迫时间下,两个品种幼苗地下部分肉质化程度均略高于地上部分。通过这些指标的测定研究得出:大果沙枣和尖果沙枣在0.8%盐浓度范围内生长受抑制较小,且尖果沙枣耐盐性强于大果沙枣。 Elaeagnus moorcrofiii and E. oxycarpa seedlings were treated with concentrations of 0% , 0.4% , 0.8% , and 1.2% NaCl, and the biomass, leaf area and leaf succulencein of seedlings were studied after 7, 14, 21 and 35 days. The resuhs showed that the four biomass indicators (DW of shoots, FW of shoots, DW of roots and FW of roots ) of the seedlings treated with the concentrations of 0% , 0.4% and 0.8% NaCl were increased with time, while for the seedlings treated with 1.2% NaCI, the indicators were decreased. The leaf area of two varieties of seedlings with time could be fitted with a parabolic model. Under the concentrations of 0% , 0.4% , 0.8% NaCl, the leaf succulence was increased with the increase of salt stress. At the same salt concentration and the same stress time, the root succulence underground was slightly higher than the leaf succulence aboveground. It was concluded that the seedlings growth of two varieties was less inhibited within 0.8% NaCl stress and the salt tolerance of E. oxycarpa was better than that of E. moorcrofiii.
