四个黄栌变种及品种生长期色素含量的比较

Comparison on pigment contents of four Cotinus coggygria varieties and cultivars in growing period

用分光光度法对红叶黄栌、毛黄栌、紫叶黄栌、‘紫霞’4彩叶植物变种及品种叶片中的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花青素含量进行了研究。结果表明,4个黄栌变种及品种在生长期间叶绿素含量与类胡萝卜素含量的变化趋势基本一致,且叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花青素含量在生长初期最高。在生长初期,与其他变种及品种相比,类胡萝卜素含量最高的为红叶黄栌,叶绿素含量和花青素含量最高的为紫叶黄栌。经方差分析,不同变种及品种间色素含量差异显蓍,叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量在不同生长期差异显著。

The contents of three pigments, chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin in the leaves of four color-leaved plants such as Cotinus coggygria vat. cinerea, Cotinus coggygria var. pubescens, Cotinus coggygria var. purpurens and Cotinus coggygria ＇ Zixia＇ were studied in this paper. The results showed that the dynamic trends of the chlorophyll and carotenoid of four Cotinus coggygria varieties and cultivars were consistent during growing period and the contents of pigments including chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin in the leaves were the highest at the beginning of growing period, during which the highest contents for carotenoid was Cotinus coggygria var. cinerea, while the highest contents for chlorophyll and anthocyanin was Cotinus coggygria var. purpurens. Analysis of variance indicated that there was a significant difference in the contents of pigments between varieties and cuhivars and the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid were significant different in the different growing periods.
