摘要 在传统乌饭树嫩叶采摘期间,对5个不同种源的乌饭树叶片在4个不同时期的营养成分的变化进行研究。结果表明:不同种源同一时期乌饭树叶片的总黄酮含量,蛋白质、氨基酸、可溶性总糖含量差异显著。宜兴地区乌饭树叶片的合理采摘期应控制在5月10日左右,此时其总黄酮、氨基酸含量较高。综合分析不同种源乌饭树叶片不同时期营养成分的变化认为,汨罗种源的综合品质较好,可作为优良乌米饭种源在宜兴及周边地区推广栽培。 The dynamic changes of the nutritional compositions in the leaves of Vaccinium bracteatum from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi, were studied comparatively at four periods. The results showed that the contents of total flavonoids, proteins, amino acids and soluble sugars were significantly different at the same period for four prove- nances. The contents of total flavonoids and amino acids in the leaves picked around May 10 were higher than the other three periods for Yixing provenance, Jiangsu. Based on the changes of the nutritional compositions at different periods, it was considered that Miluo provenance in Hunan was ideal for planting in Yixing, Jiangsu.
