摘要
研究了桑木的化学组成和纤维形态,并采用硫酸盐法和烧碱法对桑木的制浆性能进行摸索性试验。结果表明:桑木的木素含量为19.31%,综纤维素含量为78.31%,α纤维素含量为47.69%。纤维比量占69.50%,射线比量占16.31%,导管比量占14.19%。纤维平均长度为1 058μm,长宽比为85.98,壁腔比为0.77。从纤维形态上看,桑木是一种较好的阔叶材造纸原料。两种方法比较,硫酸盐法比烧碱法更适合桑木的制浆。
The chemical composition and fiber morphology of mulberry wood were measured and observed in this paper, and the KP and AP method for the mulberry wood were used to explore the performance of pulping. The results showed that : the contets of lignin, holocellouse and or-cellulose of mulberry wood were 19.31% ,78.31% ,47.69% , respectively. The proportions of fiber, ray and vessed of mulberry wood were 69.50% , 16.31% , 14. 19% , respectively. The average fiber length was 1 058 μm. The ratio of fiber length to width was 85.98 ,and the ratio of double wall thickness to lumen diameter of fiber was 0. 77. From the point of view of fiber morphology, it was feasible for mulberry to pulp. The KP method was more suitable for the pulping process of mulberry than the AP method.
