摘要
通过对现行我国《污水综合排放标准》以及《地表水环境质量标准》进行分析,根据我国国情,借鉴发达国家的经验,考虑人体健康需要,结合环境容量以及废水的处理成本,认为目前污水污染物铜的排放标准较严,提出污染物铜的一级排放标准应控制在2 mg/L较为适宜。
According to the situation of China and developed country＇s experiences, the current copper＇s discharge standard is a little strict. With the consideration of the need of human health, environment capacity and wastewater＇s solving cost,the appropriate copper＇s the first discharge standard which is 2 mg/L is put forward by analyzing China＇s 《Intergrated wastewater discharge standard》 and 《Surface water environment quality standard》.
