细纱胶辊机械波的分析与控制

Analysis and Control of Mech-wave of the Spinning Cot

为了提高细纱质量,减少布面疵点,分析了细纱胶辊机械波产生的机理及特征,重点从胶辊轴承缺油、后区牵伸状态不良、卡簧脱落、表面损伤及粗纱传递不匀五个方面分析了细纱胶辊形成机械波的形态、机理、成因及控制,指出细纱胶辊机械波除与胶辊质量有关外,还与胶辊的维护保养、工艺配合、装配质量等密切相关。应加强巡回检查和维护保养,特别要注意加油周期和工艺压力。

In order to upgrade the quality of spun yarn, reducing the surface defect of the cloth, analysis is done to the mechanism of the mech-wave of the spinning cot and the wave features. Highlight is given to the analysis of the cot regarding the formation of the mech-wave, mechanism, cause of the mech-wave and the control measure based on the five aspects, namely, lack of bearing oil, poor draft in the rear area, come- off of the clip spring, surface damage and poor transfering of rove. It proves that mech-wave of the cot quality of is dependent upon quality of the cot itself,also upon maintenance of the cot,process and installation. Attention should he paid to lubrication cycle and process pressure.
