Process and Equipment Regulation and Application and Practice of Textille Accessories in Spinning Process of Heavy Ration and Big Draft

为了稳定提高成纱质量及生产效率,降低生产成本,详细讨论了重定量、大牵伸高效纺纱工艺流程中工艺、设备调整及各主要工序对纺织器材的优化,并从加强温湿度控制及运转管理方面对实施高效纺纱工艺作了要求。提出通过各个工序优化工艺配置,使成纱条干水平完全满足客户要求,并在降低成本、提高生产效率上有很大的突破;但在纺织器材的使用寿命、维护保养、使用周期上有待进一步研究、完善。

In order to upgrade the spinning quality and production rate with lower cost, details introduction is made to the process and equipment regulation and application and practice of textille accessories in spinning process of heavy ration and big draft as well as the process optimization to textile accessories. Some cautions are given to the spinning process including humiture regulation and daily operation. Conclusion is made that the optimizaed process markedly improves the spinning process to the order with marked improvement of production,yet the service life and maintenance and application intervals have some room to fulfil.
