摘要
本文通过对己内酰胺生产中环己酮肟贝克曼转位反应最佳工艺条件的研究,改进了贝克曼转位反应系统的工艺流程,将原来的一步转位反应改造为两步转位反应。改造后装置运行稳定,产品质量提高,原料消耗降低,取得了明显的经济效益。
The optimum process condition of cyclohexanone-oxime Beckmann dislocation reaction in caprolactam produce was studied. The process flow of Beckmann dislocation reaction system was improved,from one-stage dislocation reaction to two-stage dislocation reaction.The device acquired obvious economic effectiveness with steady run, high product quality, low raw material consumption.
