优化超声提取酶解得到黄芩素的方法

摘要 目的:优化黄芩自身酶水解黄芩苷后,超声提取黄芩素的工艺条件。方法:以黄芩素含量为指标采用四因素三水平的正交实验分别对超声功率、乙醇浓度、超声时间、提取次数4个因素进行考察,优选提取工艺。结果:确定的提取工艺为将黄芩酶解物在300W的超声功率下,用70%乙醇超声20分钟、超声提取4次,提取得到的黄芩素含量为54.07%,转移率为89.77%。结论:采用超声提取黄芩素,方法简便可行,可以作为黄芩素的提取工艺。 Objective:To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology for baicalein from Scutellaria Baicalensis after enzymatic hydrolysis of baicalin.Methods:The baicalein content was modified and optimized through a four factors and three levels [L9(34)] orthogonal design experiment by adjusting four parameters:ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time,extraction times and ethanol concentration.Results:The better optimization of ultrasonic extraction technology were ultrasonic power 300W,ultrasonic time 20 min,extraction 4 times and 70% ethanol.The baicalein content was 54.07%,and the transfer rate was 89.77% after extraction.Conclusions:The ultrasonic extraction technology for baicalein from Scutellaria Baicalensis after enzymatic hydrolysis of baicalin is easy and feasible,and can be used as the extraction technology for baicalein.
