饲醋大鼠血清对人肺腺癌细胞株A549抑制作用的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON DEPRESSANT EFFECTS OF RATS SERUM OF VINEGAR DIET ON HUMAN PULMONARY ADENOCARCINOMA CELL LINE A549

目的:探讨饲醋大鼠血清对人肺腺癌细胞株A549增殖、凋亡的影响。方法:采用MTT法检测饲醋大鼠血清对人肺腺癌细胞A549的增殖抑制率,流式细胞仪分析细胞凋亡率。结果:饲醋大鼠血清能明显抑制A549细胞的增殖,且呈时间依赖效应(P<0.05);并且,可显著增加A549细胞的凋亡率(P<0.01)。结论:饲醋大鼠血清可通过抑制增殖和促进凋亡,明显抑制人肺腺癌细胞株A549细胞的生长。

Objective：To investigate the effects of rats serum of vinegar diet on proliferation and apoptosis of pulmonary adenocarcinoma cell line A549.Methods：MTT method was used to detect the antiproliferative ratio and flow cytometry to analyze apoptosis ratio of rats serum of vinegar diet on A549 cells.Results：The rats serum of vinegar diet＇could obviously inhibit proliferation of A549 cells and appeared time-dependent effects （P 〈 0.05）;moreover,the serum could also increase apoptosis ratio of A549 ce101s （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions：The rats serum of vinegar diet can obviously inhibit growth of A549 cells by inhibiting proliferationa and faciliating apoptosis.
