带血管蒂髂骨移植加双头加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折

Treatment of femoral neck fractures with the deep circumflex iliac vessel pedicle hone grafting and compression screw internal fixation

目的 股骨颈骨折的治疗。方法 用带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨移植加双头加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折36例。平均随访时间2年5个月。结果 33例骨折愈合,愈合率为94.4％;股骨头缺血坏死率为8.4％。结论 该手术方法促进了骨折愈合,提高骨折愈合事,降低股骨头缺血坏死率。

Objective Treatment of femoral neck fractures. Methods 36 patients with fractures of the femoral neck were treated with the deep circumflex iliac vessel pedicle bone grafting and compression screw internal fixation and were followed up for 2 years and 5 months postoperatively. Results 33 cases had union of the fractures and the rate of bone healing was 94. 4%. The incidence of vascular necrosis of the femoral head was 8. 4%. Conclusion The ideal can accelerate the bone union and high incidence of fracture healing and low incidence of vascular necrosis of the femoral head.
