摘要
基于文献[1]中变换器的工作原理,设计了一台270W移相控制零电压、零电流软开关电源,给出了主电路的设计过程。实验结果证明该电源的超前臂能在1/5负载以上范围内实现零电压开关,滞后臂能在任意负载下实现零电流开关,最后给出了实验波形。
Basing on the principle of the converter discussed in the Ref.1,a 270W Zero-voltage and Zero-current switching（ZVZCS） soft-switching power supply on the phase shift control is designed.The procedures of main circuit design are presented.The experimental results show that this power supply can realize ZVS for leading leg at the condition of more than one-fifth of full load and ZCS for legging leg in the whole range of load.The experimental waveforms are given in the end.
