基于ANSYS的多相流测井传感器电磁场仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 多相流电容层析成像测井技术可用于石油管道内的多相流检测,为解决生产测井中油气水持率的测量等问题提供了一条有效的途径。在该技术研究中,测量电磁场是优化设计仪器和研究图像重建算法的前提工作。为了考察多相流电容测井传感器的电磁场分布,文章利用ANSYS软件仿真计算测井传感器电磁场,仿真结果表明,在任意两个电极间最好加个径向屏蔽极板,以减少传感器电极之间电容测量的干扰;距离激励电极越远处,电势和电场强度越弱。 Multiphase flow electrical capacitance tomography logging technology can be used for detection of multiphase flow in oil pipeline,which provides an effective way for the measurement of holding rates of oil,gas and water in production logging.The electromagnetic field is of great importance for the optimal design of the electrical capacitance tomography in multiphase flow well logging tools and images reconstruction.In order to investigate the electromagnetic field distribution of multiphase flow capacitance logging sensor,this paper simulates and calculates the electromagnetic field of the logging sensors using ANSYS software.The simulation results show that it is best to plus a radial shielding plate among any two electrodes in order to reduce interference of the sensor capacitance measurement between the electrodes,and the more distant it is away from the incentive electrode,the weaker the electric potential and electric field strength are.
