摘要
采用火焰喷涂技术制备了乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)涂层。利用红外光谱仪、接触角测定仪、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等对涂层的结构、表面性能及非等温结晶、熔融行为进行了分析。结果表明,ETFE粉末在火焰喷涂过程中没有发生氧化降解反应,适宜采用火焰喷涂法制备涂层;涂层的结晶动力学分析表明,用Jeziorny法和Mo法处理其非等温结晶过程比较理想。
Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) coating was prepared by flame sprayed. The processes of non-isothermal crystallization and the melt behavior of ETFE coating were investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) was used to characterize polymer degradation. The FT-IR analysis did not reveal the presence of any oxidation or degradation during the processing. The Avrami analysis modified by Jeziorny and a new method developed by Mo could describe the non-isothermal crystallization process of ETFE coating very well. The values of Zc (rate parameter)and n (Avrami exponent) increased with increasing cooling rate. The value of F (T) (kinetic parameter) increased,and the values of a had no significant change with increasing degree of crystallinity for ETFE coating,respectively.
