杂萘联苯聚醚酮改性双马来酰亚胺树脂体系的相行为 被引量:1

Phase Behaviors of Bismaleimide Resin Toughened by Poly(Phthalazinone Ether Ketone)

摘要 采用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)分别对杂萘联苯聚醚酮(PPEK)改性双马来酰亚胺树脂(BMI)体系的反应诱导相分离行为和固化产物的相结构进行了研究。结果表明,体系的相分离过程可能按旋节相分离机理进行并存在二次相分离现象;改变PPEK的含量,固化产物的相结构可实现由球形粒子结构到相反转结构的连续性变化。同时,考察了PPEK分子量及含量对固化树脂冲击强度的影响。结果表明,PPEK的加入可有效改善体系的韧性。 The blends of bismaleimide resin/ poly(phthalazinone ether ketone)(BMI/PPEK) were prepared using a solvent method. The structure development of BMI/PPEK blends cured at 160℃ was investigated by optical microscopy (OM). The reaction-induced phase separation of the blends possibly occurred via spinodal decomposition mechanism and a secondary phase separation was observed. The results from scanning electron microscopy (SEM) graphs show that the morphology of the cured blends changes from a dispersed structure to a phase-inverted structure with the increase of PPEK concentration. The effects of molecular weight and concentration of PPEK on the fracture toughness were also studied. Compared to the neat resin,fracture toughness of the modified resin exhibits a moderate increase when PPEK is incorporated.
