摘要
以烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)为疏水化组分,环氧改性聚酰胺(EPA)为增强交联组分制备了疏水增强型淀粉复合膜。研究了AKD对环氧改性聚酰胺/淀粉复合膜动态接触角、吸水率、结晶性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,AKD能大幅度提高复合膜的疏水性能,当AKD含量为5.26%时,复合膜与水的接触角高达101°,且不随时间而降低;复合膜吸水率可从34.41%下降到18.84%。X射线衍射(XRD)表明AKD可增加复合膜组分间的相容性。AKD具有内增塑作用使复合膜拉伸强度降低、断裂伸长率增加。
The hydrophobic biodegradable composite films of epoxide-modifying polyamide (EPA),cornstarch and alkyl ketene dimmer (AKD) were prepared by solution casting. The influence of AKD on hydrophobilicity,crystallization and mechanical properties of the films was studied. Results show that the hydrophobility of composite films with addition of AKD is increased obviously. The dynamic contact angle analysis shows that when the content of AKD is 5.26%,the contact angle of the film increases from 68° to 101° and then keeps constantly. At the same time,the water absorption decreases from 34.41% to 18.84%. X-ray diffraction (XRD) suggests the compatibility between the film components increases due to the addition of AKD. The tensile strength decreases and the breaking elongation of the film increase induced by the internal plasticizing effect of AKD.
