无卤磷系阻燃环氧树脂的制备及阻燃性能 被引量:8

摘要 以无卤磷系阻燃剂双酚A-双(5,5-二溴甲基-1,3-二氧杂己内磷酸酯)(FR)制备了阻燃环氧树脂(EP)复合材料,并测定了阻燃EP的阻燃性能。由锥形量热仪(CONE)测定的释热速率(HRR)、释热总量(THR)、质量损失速率(MLR)、生烟量(TSP)及有毒气体释放量等阻燃参数表明,当复合材料中FR含量为20%时,阻燃EP与纯EP相比,HRR,THR,MLR及SEA分别降低了70.9%,49.6%,90.8%及59.4%,呈现出良好的阻燃效果和抑烟性能;扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观测发现,经FR阻燃的EP在燃烧时形成了由封闭孔洞构成的均匀闭孔炭层。 Epoxy resin was flame retarded with the halogen-free phosphorous flame retardant bisphenol A-bis(5,5-dimethyl-1,3-dioxaphosphorinanyl-2-oxy phosphate ester). When the content of the fire retardant is about 20%,the flame retarded epoxy resin (EP) possesses a limiting oxygen index (LOI) of about 29.0% and a UL94 V-0 grade. The heat release rate(HRR),total heat release(THR),mass loss rate(MLR) and the generation of smoke and toxic gases of the flame retarded EP were measured. Compared with pure EP,HRR,THR,MLR and SEA of the flame retarded EP is decreased by a factor of 70.9%,49.6%,90.8% and 59.4%,respectively. In addition,scanning electron microscope(SEM) observation reveals that puffy coking charred layers are formed by lots of closed bubbles in EP specimen filled with FR after burning.
