高校辅导员参与心理危机干预工作的途径探析

Exploratory Research on the Approach of College Counselor Teacher Participanting Mental Crisis Intervention

作为第一线的学生管理干部,辅导员逐渐成为高校大学生心理危机干预的主力军,在预防性心理危机干预、治疗性危机干预及补救性危机干预的过程中起着重要作用。本文从探析辅导员参与心理危机干预的途径开始,就辅导员进行心理危机干预的优势和不足,提出了相应的建议。

As the student administrators,Counselor teachers become the main force in mental crisis intervention,play an important role in preventing,curing and remedy crisis intervention.This paper researches the approach of counselor teacher participanting mental crisis intervention at first,then discusses the advantage and shortage,finally pointes out corresponding suggestion.
