基于环糊精的线形聚轮烷合成方法的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 聚轮烷是一类含有多个环状分子,并且由大体积的基团封端而形成的内锁型主客体超分子体系。近年来,由于具有比较大的分子内腔、价格相对便宜,以及无毒和较好的生物相容性,环糊精已经成为应用最广泛的聚轮烷主体分子。笔者结合自己的研究体会,主要介绍了环糊精聚轮烷的合成方法及环糊精与聚合物的包结作用,并对这一领域未来的发展趋势进行了展望。 Polyrotaxane is a kind of supermolecule comprising of several cyclic molecules on polymer chain and being locked with bulky groups. Recently,cyclodextrins have been widely used as the host of polyrotaxanes,due to their relatively big cavity,lower price,nontoxicity and good biological compatibility. Combing personal research experience,the authors mainly introduced the synthetic methods for polyrotaxanes and the inclusion effect between the cyclodextrin host and polymer guest. The perspective of this domain was also given base on the previous work.
