对新形势下发展学历教育的几点思考

Reflections on Advancing Academic Credentials Education under New Situation

针对制约成人学历教育发展的四大不利因素,应采取以下三种应对措施:一是要坚定必胜信心,克服畏难情绪,为学历教育科学和谐发展提供思想保证;二是要坚持统筹兼顾,合理整合资源,努力实现学历教育全面协调可持续发展;三是要坚持规范办学、强化内部管理,全力确保学历教育办学全过程监控有力。

Aiming at four negative factors restricting progress of adult education with record of formal schooling,the auther suggests taking three measures,namely,having a strong confidence and overcoming fear of difficulties to provide ideological guarantee for a scientific and harmonious development of academic credentials education,adhering to taking all factors into consideration and marshaling resources properly to achieve its all-around,balanced and sustainable development,and persisting in regulating its action and intensifying inner management to spare no effort to ensure a strong monitoring on its procedure.
