摘要 不断提高技术干部的业务水平和创新能力,对提高油田的生产技术水平和综合效益具有重要作用。搞好技术干部的培训工作,必须以生产需要为导向制定培训计划,以知识更新与知识复合为重点,以培养创新型和复合型技术人才为目标。培训内容模块化、培训方式灵活化、评估考核阶段化是搞好培训工作的有效方式和重要手段。 It is of high importance for Jianghan enterprises to improve the professional skills and innovation ability of technical staff by which means raise the production technology level and overall benefits.A good training program requires the plan to be set based on the production demands,focusing on the combination of knowledge update and integrate while aiming at producing innovative and versatile talents.Standard training procedure,flexible training method as well as interim assessment are the effective and important tools for a successful training program.
