对油田离退休职工党员教育管理工作的几点思考

On the Education and Management of Party Members in Oilfield Retirees

在油田的党员队伍中,离退休职工占有相当的比重。对离退休职工党员的队伍建设和教育管理,应充分考虑离退休人员的生活特点,本着"以人为本"理念,就近、就地组建离退休职工党支部,思想教育工作以"实在、实用"为原则;组织生活以"简便、易行"为原则;党员活动以"力所能及"、"老有所为"为原则。

Retirees have taken a big proportion of party members totaled in Jianghan.The team development,education and management of retired party members should base on the fully consideration of retirees＇ life style.Party headquarter branch should be built in the convenience for the retirees in terms of putting people first.Ideological education should focus on the pragmatic and substantial virtues.Organization work should be conducted based on simplicity and feasibility while the member activities must conform to the principle of giving full play to the elderly without exceeding their capacity.
