在全球经济危机的大背景下,众多中国企业强势出击国外市场。要在复杂多变的国际市场上生存和发展,企业就得要拥有自己的核心技术。技术战略的制定包括蓝海战略和红海战略两种类型,技术战略管理为企业技术活动提供了长远的规划和系统的管理。因此企业技术战略及其管理的正确与否直接决定了国内企业进军国外市场的成败。
A multitude of Chinese enterprises had touched down in overseas market against the backdrop of global economic crisis.A company should have its own core technology to survive and thrive in the ever-changing international markets.Technical strategies consist of blue ocean and red ocean strategies.Strategy management can provide long term planning and systematic governance for corporate technical activities.Therefore a company's technical strategy and management will decide its fate in foreign market.
