摘要
随着企业用工形式的多样化,各类劳务用工逐渐增多,基层队伍成份日趋复杂。由于用工性质不同,相应的薪酬待遇、身份也不尽相同,进而引发了员工的心理失衡、行为失范等问题,这一方面给基层队伍的管理带来了一定的难度,另一方面也给基层队伍稳定、共建和谐企业带了不小的冲击。文章分析了基层劳务用工人员存在的主要问题,并针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策。
With the increasing diversity of recruiting forms,the components of work force at primary level is growing more and more complex with a growth in all kinds of labor service personnel.The differences in payment and status due to different work varieties had triggered problems such as psychological unbalances and misconducts among workers which posed challenges not only to the control of workers at basic level but also to the stability and harmony of labor forces as well as the business as a whole.According to these issues,this paper proposes the resolution.
