以人为本是科学发展观的核心,是党中央为构建社会主义和谐社会而确立的首要原则。企业管理者树立以人为本的管理思想,为职工营造和谐的工作氛围,对于进一步调动职工的工作积极性、主动性和创造性,对于开创企业工作新局面,具有重要的现实意义。树立以人为本的管理思想,为职工营造和谐的工作氛围,要求企业管理者要尊重个体,倡导合作,培养团队精神;要合理用人,各尽所能,调动积极性;要以情动人,以理服人,注重人性化;要完善自我,以身作则,树立自己威信。
As the core element of Scientific Outlook on Development,putting people first serves as the central committee's primary principle in building harmonious socialist society.It is of realist significance for business managers to develop harmonious environment for workers with the people-oriented management concept in mind in order to further evoke workers' enthusiasm,initiative and creativity as well as bring about new breakthrough in corporate operations.To achieve this goal,the managers are required to respect individuals while also promote cooperation and teamwork,to abide by reasonable employ standards while give full play to employees' initiative,to win over hearts of workers,persuade with reasoning,and to establish prestige through self-improving and taking the lead in work.
