摘要
随着现代信息技术的发展以及外语学习群体的变化,国家现有的课程以及教材、教学方法等需要进行调整和改革。语言教材、包括基于技术的语言教材的开发应该有坚实的理论基础,要遵循语言描述、语言学习、语言教学的主要方法,考虑学习者的个体差异,关注技术应用于语言教学的利弊,以符合语言教材评价的原则,满足学习者多样化的需求,使技术在语言教学中得到有效地利用,促进语言学习。
With the development of modern information technology and the change of foreign language learners, a reconsider- ation and innovation of the existing National Curriculum, teaching materials, teaching methodology and learning styles, etc. are re- quired. The development of Language teaching materials including technology-enhanced materials needs a sound theoretical basis. It has to follow the principal approaches to language description, the principal approaches to language learning, the major approaches and methods to language teaching. It also has to take the consideration of learner variation, advantages and disadvantages of technolo- gy using in language teaching and learning. Only in that way would the teaching materials come to the principles of their assessment, fit the various needs of learners, make technology best exploited in language teaching and learning and enhance language learning.
