It is necessary to establish sound interpersonal relationship not only for college students＇ growth and development but also for their embodiment of fine personality and psychology.There exists specialty in the communication of the freshmen owing to the new environment.The author argues that more attention should be paid to the cultivation of the freshmen＇s communicating ability so that they will grasp the proper interpersonal communicating principles and establish harmonious interpersonal relationship.thus laying the foundation of their own develpment.
