摘要
在处理民族文化的保护与旅游开发这对矛盾时,往往重开发,轻保护,使民族文化资源遭到了破坏。为了保护全国唯一的景宁畲族饮食文化这座宝库,避免无序开发,文章对浙江景宁畲族饮食文化在旅游开发中的开发原则、开发定位、开发思路三个方面进行研究,提出了"在保护中开发,在开发中保护"的具体措施。
The traditional practice of sacrificing cultural protection for tourist development has resulted in the destruction of national cultural resources. In order to protect the food culture of the She ethnic group in Jingning Autonomous County of Zhejiang, preventing it from disorderly exploitation, this paper addresses the food culture of the She people in tourist development in terms of its principles, orientations and plans of development. It concludes by putting forward the strategy of "development preceded by protection and protection via development".
